SiteCraft provides professional website design and setup services for businesses.
Our services focus on helping businesses establish a credible and effective online presence.

2. Services Offered
SiteCraft currently offers the following one-time website packages:

One-Page Website Package
Single-page professional website
Mobile-friendly design
Basic SEO setup
Contact or WhatsApp integration
Professional Website Package
Multi-page website (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact)
Enhanced design and layout
Strong SEO foundation
Google Maps integration
Optional upgrades may be introduced in the future.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information and content
Review and approve website content before final delivery
Communicate feedback in a timely manner
Use the website for lawful purposes only
SiteCraft is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client input.

4. Project Timeline & Delivery
Most websites are completed within 3–7 working days
Timeline depends on project scope and client responsiveness
The “go-live date” is defined as the day the website becomes publicly accessible online
 

5. Payments & Pricing
All website packages are one-time payments
Full payment is required before final website delivery
A monthly installment of KES 1,700 is required to keep your website secure and propely maintained online
 
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day limited refund policy under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days after the website goes live
Requests must be submitted in writing via our official contact channels
Not Eligible for Refund:
Requests made after the 7-day period
Change of mind after website approval
Projects delayed due to client inactivity
Services already delivered and actively used
After the 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable.

 7. Revisions & Changes
Clients are allowed reasonable revisions during the review stage
Major changes beyond the  agreed scope may require additional charges
Revision requests must be submitted clearly and promptly
 
8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Once full payment is made, the client owns the website and content
SiteCraft retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing
 
9. Limitations of Liability
SiteCraft:

Does not guarantee specific business results or Google rankings
Is not responsible for third-party service interruptions
Is not liable for indirect or consequential business losses
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

 
10. Termination of Service
SiteCraft reserves the right to decline or terminate services if:

Terms are violated
Illegal or unethical activities are identified
Abuse or misuse of services occurs
 
11. Changes to Terms
SiteCraft may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
